The Press Release - Live page type is actually a series of pages that visitors can access from a menu page.  Once a visitors clicks to go to a specific listing, they can click through the series of pages using the "next" and "previous" buttons.  The Press Release page type automatically creates a menu page with auto-generated links as you upload your Word Docs to the page.  The Word Docs that you upload are displayed within the "skin" of your site.

 

Don't let the name mislead you.  It has numerous uses other than for news releases - product specs, archives, minutes of meetings etc. And the link that returns the visitor to the menu page can be named anything you wish to customize it to your needs.
