The Contact Us page types allow you to create your own online forms for visitors to submit from your website. You are able to edit:

 

·   the email address that will receive the form data

·   the subject line of the email

·   the on-screen message that displays when a visitor submits the form

 

The Contact Form - Custom has the field options listed below and you decide which fields you want to display and which fields are required to be filled in before the form can be submitted from your site.

 

 

You can use numerous forms on your site and each can go to a different email address.

 

If you want more than one email address to receive the data from a form, you can enter multiple email addresses separated by a semi colon like this:

 

anyone@anywhere.com;somebody@wherever.net
