Email Account Information
A user name and password for each email account (mailbox,
forward, or both types) requested has been
emailed to you. If you did not receive this information, please contact
us.
The password provided to you is a default
password. For security reasons, you will want to log in through WebMail and change your
password. You can change your password anytime using the
IONOS WebMail. Remember, if you do change your password, you must also change
it in your email client.
Accessing Your Account Using Web Mail
Your email account includes an online webmail
interface. We recommend that you use the webmail interface only when you
are away from your primary computer and that you use an email client on your
primary computer or mobile device for your contact lists and saved emails.
